Sales and Projects Administrator

We require a good solid administrator to be based at our client’s office to support the Operations Manager and Sales Projects team. You will be fielding all enquiries, logging and recording information on the Company bespoke operating system, issuing of Company documentation for completion by site contacts and putting together packs containing technical data, manuals, installation packs and issuing to the relevant contact.

Qualifications / Skills

You will need excellent computing skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Database applications. You also need to be educated to A level standard or equivalent, hands on Administrative skills as well as organizing, monitoring and planning. You should have a pleasant telephone manner, exceeding customer expectations and excellent time keeping. It’s also desirable for you to have experience of using bespoke operating systems in a sales environment.



It would also be an advantage to have a technical background as there may be opportunities to develop further in producing quotes and providing technical assistance over the phone.



Salary is 18 to 20K (pending experience)
